Soccer City Arlington Verified Soccer Specialty Store

I use to love this place. Great customer service and all. But today 2/10/24 my 9 year old son was accused of stealing a pack of cards. Which he was told to put back. The sales associate kept accusing 3 boys saying someone took the cards. Didn’t even try to approach the parent. If my child was the in wrong I would like to know. But instead they tried to scare a 9 year old. Tried to ask for the manager and was told they weren’t there. From working 10+ years of retail the main thing we covered was never ever accuse anyone of anything because you can catch a huge case. They publicly humiliated my son in front of customers, teammates and club coaches. Again not once did they come talk to me knowing I was in the store. It’s so embarrassing!!!! Not even an apology after they figure out my son didn’t take the cards.
