September 19, 2022 at 5:09 pmRun away & buy local!! For the last 2 yrs, we have been contracted to buy our soccer club uniforms from The Soccer Factory. These orders are generally placed 1.5 to 3 months ahead of season. The last 2 seasons, we did not receive our orders til we were near the end of season…only using them for a couple of games. Its happening again this fall season. Paid good $$ for uniforms & still have to go out and buy another matching (temp) uniform so we can start the season. Tried reaching out to them via website, email, phone, Facebook & no answers. No customer service at all!! No follow up from them on inquiries. Wont give definitive delivery dates & wont give refunds since their ‘customized’ w/Dicks Sports logo on front & # on back. I have paid close to $200 in uniforms just to this company & none have been used a full season. This amount does not even include expenses to buy temp uniforms locally. Save your soccer club the headache & expense & buy local.
